Each grille is manufactured to exacting specifications, and both the special bolt-over and traditional cutout designs take just minutes to install. Smittybilt billet grilles use 20-50 percent more aluminum than other billet grille designs for tighter spacing and a distinctive style. These grilles are custom-designed for each vehicle-you won`t get some generic universal-fit design. Four extrusion sizes are used, with larger extrusions on larger vehicles. Angles of extrusion vary from 30-60 degrees, providing a truly unique look. Their durable billet aluminum construction is welded robotically and then powdercoated for long life and a great look.20 To 50 Percent more aluminum than other billet grille designs.
