Is it possible to edit an order that has been fully or partially refunded?

Address Change
I placed an order, but I want to change the shipping address, can I do it?
Yes you can within the first 30 minutes of placing the order. After 30 minutes we will attempt to change the address in the order, but we can not guarantee that it will take place. In this case we will have to reroute the order, which will cost $19.50 per package.
I just want to change the shipping address, how can I do it?
You can change the shipping address in your account. Simply log in with your user name and password and then update it with the necessary information.
Will your online store need additional documents for changing the address?
Please note that our online store may require additional documentation to complete your address change request, and we can’t guarantee that the request will be completed in time, with products sometimes being shipped faster than expected.

Can I get an estimate of the shipping cost?
Shipping costs may vary, while depending on the address of the final recipient. We promise that we will ship your order out from one of our closest warehouse locations. Our customer service staff will easily be able to estimate you an approximate price of your order’s shipping, just give us a call or write and email.

How will I be able to track my order?

Delivery

Damaged Package
The courier is delivering the package, however, it is damaged, what should I do?
Unpack the order in the presence of the courier, so as to check for damages to the products. Please have the courier confirm any and all damages to the packaging and products.
Package or products have been delivered damaged, what should I do?
Please take pictures of the damaged package, as well as any and all damages to the products, also take pictures of the labels, and then promptly email them to us. Returns Department will be in touch with you within several business days.

We ship orders from multiple warehouses depending on the available stock, please check for all the tracking numbers as some may still be in transit. If it has been more than 5 days since delivery of the 1st package and you are still missing items, please contact us.
