RETURN POLICY

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. In the even that the item is defective or wrong product was sent we will send a prepaid label to ship it back. Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item please contct us for a return address and RMA number and we will reply back within 48hrs.

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

 

EXCEPTIONS

ABUSIVE BUYER POLICY

 

THIS POLICY OUTLINES OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR BUYER BEHAVIOR.

 

Engaging in activity as described in this policy may result in a range of actions, including the loss of 2DayParts Money Back Guarantee coverage, issuing warnings to buyers, blocking buyers from requesting returns or refunds, and account suspension.

 

When we review a report of a member violating our policies, we look at the circumstances, including the member’s history. We make decisions based on the evidence in each individual case, as well as by evaluating patterns of behavior that create a negative value in the marketplace. If we aren't sure about something, we may not take any action. Also, because we respect our members' privacy, we can't discuss the results of any investigations.

 

BEHAVIORS WE DON'T ALLOW:

 

DON'T DEMAND SOMETHING NOT OFFERED IN THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT PAGE.

 

Not allowed:

• Requesting a shipping service not offered.

• Requesting to ship to an address other than what you have included in checkout.

• Requesting to use a payment method not offered during checkout.

• Requesting to hold your item so you can pay later.

• Requesting a partial refund without returning the item.

• Request additional items or services not included in the original product page, or asking for a discount.

 

Allowed:

• Select one of the shipping services offered when you checkout.

• Updating your address in your Account Settings before you checkout.

• Paying for your item through a payment option offered at checkout.

• Paying for your item within two days.

• Returning an item in accordance with the return policy.

• Purchasing items according to the terms included in the original listing.

 

DON'T MAKE FALSE CLAIMS.

 

Not allowed:

• Claiming an item was not received, when there is proof of delivery to the address on the Order details page.

• Falsely claiming an item was not as described.

 

Allowed:

• Claiming an item was not received, when it has not been delivered by the latest estimated delivery date.

• Claiming an item was not as described, when the item you received did not match the description in the original listing.

 

DON'T MISUSE RETURNS.

 

Not allowed:

• Returning an item other than the original item received.

• Using or damaging an item and then returning it.

• Returning an item with the reason that it was not as described, when it was described accurately.

 

Allowed:

• Returning the original item that was received in its original condition.

• Returning an item with the reason that it was not as described, when it was described inaccurately.

 

DON'T MISUSE MESSAGING.

 

Not allowed:

• Bidding for any purpose other than to purchase the item.

• Sending messages to force or intimidate the other member into something outside of the original agreement.

 

Allowed:

• Using messages to ask questions or to clarify listing descriptions or terms.

 

FRAUDULENT CLAIMS AND ABUSIVE BUYER BEHAVIOR.

 

Buyers who engage in activity as described in the Abusive buyer policy may be subjected to a range of actions, including the loss of Money Back Guarantee coverage, being explicitly warned, being blocked from requesting returns or refunds, being blocked from opening claims, and having their accounts suspended.

 

Activity that is not allowed includes, but is not limited to:

• A buyer filing a chargeback after receiving a refund.

• A buyer claiming an item was not received, when there is proof of delivery to the buyer's address on the Order details page.

• A buyer falsely claiming an item was not as described.

• A buyer returning an item other than the original item received.

• A buyer using or damaging an item and then returning it.
